Day 0: Arrival in Arusha

We  will  pick  you  from  Arusha airport  or  Kilimanjaro airport for  overnight  in your  accommodation in Arusha  city.

Day 1: Arusha National park

After your  breakfast in the  hotel  around 8.00am  you will  leave  to Arusha National Park, and its  40 minute drive from Arusha town. The park has an incredible variety of fauna and flora, which cannot fail to impress.

The entrance gate leads into shadowy montane forest inhabited by inquisitive blue monkeys and colorful turacos and trogons – the only place on the northern safari circuit where the acrobatic black-and-white colobus monkey is easily seen. In the midst of the forest stands the spectacular Ngurdoto Crater, whose steep rocky cliffs enclose a wide marshy floor dotted with herds of buffalo and warthog.

Further north, rolling grassy hills enclose the tranquil beauty of the Momela Lakes, each one having a different hue of green or blue. There are shallows sometimes tinged pink with thousands of flamingos. The lakes support a rich selection of resident and migrant waterfowl, and also shaggy waterbucks that display their large lyre-shaped horns on the watery fringes. Giraffes glide across the grassy hills, between grazing zebra herds, whilst pairs of wide-eyed dik-dik dart into scrubby bush like overgrown hares on spindly legs. You will be able to see buffaloes, waterbucks, giraffes, warthogs and zebras can all be seen year round as well as many different bird species. After  your  full day  game  drive   our  driver guide will  drive you  back to  your  hotel    for   dinner and  overnight.

Day 2: Arusha- Tarangire National Park

Pick up from your hotel in Arusha heading to Tarangire national park drive for 2 hours along a nice paved way to Tarangire National Park arriving by mid-morning. After registration at the park’s gate you will embark on your first game drive in this park famous for it’s large elephant herds dwarfed by the huge baobab trees that dot this park at the base of the Great Rift Valley. The Park derives the name form the Tarangire River that runs across the park providing the vital drop of water all through the year and thus ensuring a constant availability of animals in this fifth largest park in Tanzania. Game viewing looking for animals and birds until later in the afternoon then later transfer to the campsite for dinner and overnight.

Day 3:  Arusha to Serengeti National Park

We will leave Arusha early in the morning and travel to Serengeti National Park. We will travel to Serengeti on a road near the rim of Ngorongoro Crater, allowing for animal sightings along the way. On this day, we will enjoy a picnic lunch on Naabai Kopje (a small, rocky hill in a generally flat area), where you will have the opportunity to view the Serengeti’s famous pink-headed lizards. After lunch, we will proceed further into the plains for a leisurely game drive. You will spend the night at the lodge, and fall asleep to the playful calls of the zebra and hyenas dinner and overnight at the lodge

On this day, we will enjoy a game drive around the crater and stop for a picnic lunch at a small lake within the park. The lake is home to many hippos and migratory birds, so guests will be sure to enjoy the visit! Due to the animal “oasis” created within the crater, there is a high possibility of spotting every member of The Big five.
